I was lying in my bed, reading a book when all of a sudden Lindsey came bouncing into the room, jumps on my bed and says "Guess What?" with a great big grin on her face. I grin back and peek over my glasses and wonder what could be so wonderful while I was just about to hit a key point in the plot of my book. I calmly say "hmmmm?". She bounces up and down a couple of times like a puppy waiting for a treat and says "I'm going to France, I'm going to France....for a month!". It made me smile. So, you can see she is just a little excited about her summer adventure this year. I think after this tough freshman year of high school, she needs and deserves (All A's!!) a nice break.
